In order to preserve privacy, to assure patent protection, or for similar reasons, exceptions may be appropriate in certain circumstances.

Plagiarism and Publication Misconduct:

The journal is committed to publish only original work. The manuscript can be rejected if it violates the rule of fair use. Producing many papers with nearly the same content by the same authors (self plagiarism) or reproducing text from other papers without properly crediting the source (plagiarism) is not acceptable. Submitting the same results to more than one journal is unacceptable & unethical. Review articles are Exceptional. The Authors may not show the results shown by others as if they were their own.
